Pioneer Valley CPR provides American Red Cross–authorized CPR and BLS training led by a former Firefighter and Rescue Lieutenant with real emergency response experience. Our certifications follow the same ILCOR standards recognized by the AHA, delivered with the flexibility today’s workplaces need.

We offer on‑site training, evening and weekend availability, and a streamlined certification process designed to minimize disruption to your operations.

On‑Site Group Training

Designed for dental offices, medical practices, clinics, and businesses.

  • Conducted at your facility

  • All equipment provided

  • Streamlined 2‑hour skills session

  • Same‑day certification

  • Back‑to‑back sessions available for larger teams

Monthly Open Enrollment Sessions — Downtown Ware

Ideal for small groups, individual renewals, and single certifications.

Held monthly at the historic Stone Mill Marketplace.

  • 2‑hour in‑person skills session

  • Online coursework completed beforehand

  • Limited to 12 participants for a focused experience

  • Suitable for 1–4 staff who do not require a full on‑site class

How Training Works

1. Select a Date and Secure Your Session

Choose a training date that works for your team and place a deposit to reserve your on‑site session.

2. Online Coursework Distributed

Once the deposit is received, online course vouchers are issued to your participants. All students must complete the required online modules prior to the in‑person skills session.

3. On‑Site Skills Training

We arrive at your facility with all equipment and materials. Your team completes a focused, efficient, instructor‑led skills session in their own workspace.

4. Certification Issued

Successful participants receive their American Red Cross certification within 24 hours of payment. All certifications are valid for two years.
