Training Options

1. On-Site Group Training:

Our Primary Service for Dental Offices, Clinics, and Businesses. I bring the "Mobile Classroom" to you. Train your team in their actual workspace using the latest feedback equipment and real-world scenarios.

Operational Continuity: I prioritize evenings and weekends, so your facility stays fully operational during business hours.
Weekday Sessions: Dedicated weekday training is reserved for groups of 10 or more students.
High-Fidelity Instruction: To maintain the highest training standards, sessions are capped at 12 participants. For larger organizations, I coordinate back-to-back sessions or multi-day training to ensure your entire staff is certified without compromising quality.

2.Open Enrollment Sessions:

Best for: Individuals, Healthcare Providers, and Small Teams. I host occasional Saturday Open Enrollment classes based on local needs. These sessions are the most efficient way for individuals or small groups to refresh their skills or gain new certification in a focused environment.

Format: 2-hour high-impact skills check (Online modules completed prior to class).
Strict Class Size: All sessions are capped at 12 participants to ensure personalized, professional instruction.

Regulatory Compliance & Standards

Pioneer Valley CPR provides American Red Cross (ARC) certifications. Our training is strictly compliant with Massachusetts Code of Regulations (CMR) and Federal OSHA standards.

We meet or exceed the following statutory requirements:

Dentistry: Compliant with 234 CMR 6.14, satisfying BLS requirements for the entire dental team.
Childcare (EEC): Compliant with 606 CMR 7.09(18) for educators and program staff.
Workplace Safety: Fully compliant with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.151.
Scientific Standard: All training follows the 2020 ILCOR Guidelines (AHA Equivalent).
